This service takes the stress out of the hiring process for you from start to finish. My recruitment services are designed to attract the candidates you need. This service begins with an appointment with you where we dive into your hiring goals, brand voice, and ideal candidate(s). From there we either create necessary job descriptions or audit your current job descriptions, application flow, and employer branding. This allows me to build your recruitment plan (including channels, content, timelines, KPIs). With our new or updated job postings, we go over exactly where they’ll be visable and the ads that are included in your packaging (these are of course customizable). Then we begin the fun part, posting about it! Here your job descriptions will be posted on multiple different platforms. All of your recruitment graphics will be delivered to you prior to posting, throughout the recruitment process these will be posted on multiple platforms as well. If you’re interested, I also do add on printable graphics (ex. Banners, custom newspapers, business cards, etc.), you do have serveral printable graphics that are included as well (ex. Hiring flyers and newsletters that you can print for the office, hand out, etc. I also will handle your applicant screenings, sorting applications for you to save you time (you of course will have access to all of these as well), and I will provide follow up templates for candidates, letting them know exactly where they are in the hiring process. We will have biweekly meetings discussing progress, in addition to follow up, meeting times and formats are customizable by you. If you are interested in more or less frequent touch points, always let me know, I love to customize the service to what fits you best. Our communication is always ongoing. I do all screening and set up of your interviews under this service, this does include a brief phone interview with clients if you prefer. If you’re interested in having me run full interviews, this is something we can do as an add on, however, it will require an additional or longer initial meeting. In my recruitment add ons, I also help set up employee referral program designs, and open houses / hiring events.
